We are beyond excited to share that Dalinea has been named a global winner of the UpLink by World Economic Forum’s AI Innovation for Resilient Supply Chains Challenge!

Out of a worldwide field of 600+ applicants from for-profit ventures at pre-seed through Series A stages, we were selected as one of only eight winners, two of which are from the United States.

Run by UpLink–the World Economic Forum’s innovation platform–and Accenture in collaboration with the WEF’s Next Frontiers of Operations Initiative, the Challenge was part of UpLink’s broader Innovation Challenge Series for 2026. They’re making a global effort to identify early-stage ventures working on problems the Forum considers critical enough to warrant real support.

Being named a winner in this category proves that Dalinea is now part of a cohort of companies that the Forum has decided are worth betting on.

About The Challenge

The AI Innovation for Resilient Supply Chain Challenge asked a hard question: how can AI move beyond improving existing supply chain processes to enabling entirely new architectures. How could it rethink network design, sourcing, and coordination with resilience, sustainability, and trust built in from the start?

It's a question we at Dalinea think about constantly.

The Challenge’s own framing named the exact gaps we solve at Dalinea:

Dalinea exists to close those gaps, giving procurement teams a clearer, deeper line of sight into the market and financial forces that move through their supply chain, well beyond what a Tier-1-only view can show them. When Uplink and Accenture described the kind of thinking the industry needs, to us, it read less like a new bar to clear and more like a description of the work we were already doing.

Winners of The Challenge join a global network of corporate organizations, investors, and policymakers to support visibility at scale, a resource we intend to use well.

What This Recognition Means for Dalinea

Being selected by UpLink, Accenture, and the World Economic Forum is a kind of validation that’s different from anything we could say about ourselves.

It's an outside, credible confirmation that the direction we've taken–changing the way teams understand and adapt to the actual costs of their unique supply chains– is the direction the industry needs.

"Procurement and sourcing teams are some of the most strategic people in any business. They're the ones protecting margins while everything around them keeps shifting. Our job is to give them sharper tools: defensible cost data, deeper multi-tier insight, and clear plans for what to do next. Having UpLink, Accenture, and the World Economic Forum recognize that work means a lot, and we're just getting started."
-Daniela Osio, CEO of Dalinea

The award also comes at a meaningful point for us.

We've spent the better part of a year entirely transforming our cost intelligence platform: building the largest data set of market and financial information in the industry and fine-tuning our product features to not only give sourcing teams defensible data into what their products and material should cost, but clear action plans on how to use that data to build resiliency and increase multi-tier visibility.

Recognition like this tends to land differently depending on timing, and this one hits at a moment when we’re heads-down building a solution that delivers genuine value to enterprise sourcing teams.

Practically, this opens doors that are hard to open any other way: conversations with enterprise partners, investors, and policymakers who now have another reason to take a closer look at what we're building.

While our team is full of charismatic, highly-experienced people who have been in the place of the customers we serve, the kind of access this recognition brings usually takes years of relationship building to earn. We're looking forward to piloting conversations and developing partnerships that help us expand our reach to deliver engineering-backed cost intelligence to procurement and sourcing teams so they can plan for costs before they hit their margins.

It is an absolute honor to have this team’s work recognized by UpLink - World Economic Forum. Our team thrives on the strategic client conversations to support their cost visibility initiatives within supply chain, procurement, engineering, and risk. Receiving this award is a true reflection and testament of the excitement and energy this team brings.
-Sam Stryker, Chief Operating Officer, Dalinea

In Good Company

We would be remiss to not acknowledge how incredible it feels to be named alongside such a strong group of fellow winners. Each organization is tackling a different piece of the same broader problem: building the AI-enabled infrastructure global supply chains will need to withstand what's coming.

We also want to extend our gratitude to the partners who made this Challenge possible, each of whom contributes something valuable to the ecosystem needed to take ideas like ours from early-stage to global scale.

This is exactly the kind of company we want to keep as we grow.

Looking Ahead

Being named a winner of the AI Innovation for Resilient Supply Chains Challenge by UpLink is a marker of how far we've come in just a short amount of time. As we further invest into our datasets and focus on expanding our customer pool, being told by a body like this that we're solving the right problem makes us even more excited to keep building.

We're grateful to the team that got us here, to our customers who've trusted us along the way, and to UpLink, Accenture, and the World Economic Forum for this recognition.
